• American Telemedicine Association (ATA)
  Telemedicine is the use of medical information exchanged from one site to another via electronic communications to improve patients' health status.
• American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO)
  The largest national membership association of ophthalmologists. Ophthalmologists are medical and osteopathic physicians who provide comprehensive eye care, including medical, surgical and optical care.
• American Optometric Association (AOA)
  The American Optometric Association represents approximately 36,000 doctors of optometry, optometry students and paraoptometric assistants and technicians. Doctors of optometry provide two-thirds of all primary eye care in the United States.
• European Society of Retina Specialists (ESRS)
  The aims of EuRetina are To establish personal contacts and to promote the exchange of knowledge between vitreoretinal and macula specialists in Europe. To stimulate and encourage vitreoretinal and macula research in Europe.
• American Diabetes Association (ADA)
  Our mission is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. We lead the fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes and fight for those affected—by diabetes.
• The Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO)
  The purposes of ARVO shall be to encourage and assist research, training, publication, and dissemination of knowledge in vision and ophthalmology.
