Your Online Portal Using Breeze

We are now utilizing an online service called Breeze which will allows you access your patient information, manage your appointments, see summaries of your visit, and much more. It’s a better way to connect with us! When you make an appointment with us we will send an invitation to your e-mail to set up a Breeze account with us. Once you have an account you can access your online portal where you can do the following tasks:

• See upcoming appointments

  • If you would like the schedule an appointment, please call us. Our staff is trained to schedule each patient based on their reason for visit, and this cannot be done through Breeze.

• Pre-register your appointment

  • Upload insurance and ID cards

  • Provide medications, medical history, and allergies

  • Fill out forms

• Pay online and see your payment history

• Access your medical records

• Fill out surveys and leave us a review
