KATIE M. CASADABAN, O.D.

Dr. Katie Casadaban is a Therapeutic Optometrist at EyeCare 20/20 Retina & Vision Center who offers comprehensive eye care to both children and adults. She has extensive training in primary eye care, ocular disease, emergency eye care, pediatric optometry, and vision therapy. Dr. Casadaban is passionate about and specializes in pediatric eye care, dry eye treatment, sports vision training, and vision therapy and rehabilitation.

Dr. Casadaban was born and raised in Metairie. She graduated summa cum laude of Mount Carmel Academy in 2011. She continued her education at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 2015.

Dr. Casadaban further pursued her professional education at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where earned her doctorate in Optometry in 2020. She completed externship rotations at Wolfson Eye Institute in Atlanta, GA and Louisiana Family Eyecare in Covington, LA. She has also previously worked with the Baltimore Orioles providing health and functional visual testing and training.

In her free time, Dr. Casadaban has a wide variety of hobbies including traveling, watching movies, spending time with family, friends, and her dog, and all things New Orleans Saints.

Dr. Katie Casadaban is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometry Association of Louisiana.
